1. Cancellation Policy
At Embedenv, we aim to provide developers and educators with dynamic, low-latency code run sandboxes without rigid bindings. You can cancel your active subscriptions or paid plans at any time:
- Console Dashboard cancellation: You can cancel recurring workspace subscriptions directly from your Billing console.
- No cancellation penalty: There are no cancellation fees or penalties for ending a plan early.
- Post-cancellation access: Upon cancellation, your paid runs balance and dedicated workspace access will remain fully active until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with our sandbox APIs. You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Technical failures: If a paid runs pack fails to credit to your account balance due to server or API failures, and our support team cannot resolve it within 48 hours.
- Unused credits window: If you purchased a paid credit runs pack by mistake and make a refund request within 7 days of purchase, provided that no runs/credits from the purchased pack have been consumed.
- Duplicate charges: In case of duplicate transactions caused by payment gateway handshake issues, the extra transaction will be refunded immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Tiers
Please note that refunds cannot be initiated under the following circumstances:
- Consumed credits: If you or your integrated widgets have already consumed a portion of the purchased run credits.
- Completed subscription cycles: Subscriptions that have already completed their billing cycle or dedicated workspace time allocation.
- Terms of Service violations: Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to malicious use (such as hosting C&C scripts or mining operations in sandboxed containers).
4. Processing & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed directly to the original payment source utilized during the checkout transaction:
- Auto-trigger: Once approved by our billing desk, the refund is initiated immediately via Razorpay/Stripe.
- Bank timeline: The refunded amount typically reflects in your bank account, credit card statement, or wallet within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
- Notification: You will receive an automated email receipt containing the refund reference number once the transaction is dispatched.
