Embedenv operates entirely as a cloud-virtualized Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) container platform. Because we deal strictly with digital compiler tools, run credits, and persistent workspaces, there are no physical shipments or logistics involved.
- Instant Delivery: Upon successful transaction authorization by our payment gateway providers (Stripe/Razorpay), your purchased runs or subscription credits are dynamically loaded onto your account balance immediately (within 1 to 5 seconds).
- Instant Verification: A successful purchase confirmation screen will display right after payment verification, from which you can directly download your PDF invoice.
- Zero Shipping Fees: Since all assets are hosted cloud resources, there are absolutely no shipping fees or delivery charges.
2. Dedicated VM Provisioning
For dedicated hardware subscription tiers (P4 plan and Enterprise VMs):
- Auto-provisioning: Our node scheduler automatically launches and provisions your isolated cloud workspace container on Hugging Face spaces within 1 to 2 hours of plan activation.
- Dashboard Controls: Once launched, your persistent node lifecycle controls (play, pause, apt-get, state locks) will be unlocked and visible inside your secure Developer Dashboard.
3. Exchange & Upgrade Policy
While physical product exchanges do not apply to our sandboxing services, we offer complete flexibility to upgrade or exchange plan features:
- Instant Upgrades: You can upgrade your active plan to a higher paid tier (e.g., from P2 to P3 or P4) at any time. The system will seamlessly transfer your remaining balance and calculate pro-rata usage.
- Feature Exchanges: If you purchased a dedicated workspace subscription by mistake but want standard sandbox run credits instead, contact our support desk within 48 hours to initiate a manual exchange of the unused resource.
4. Access & Downtime
As a developer-centric infrastructure provider, we maintain high service delivery standards:
- 99.9% Uptime: We aim to keep our compiler container execution clusters, WebSocket gateways, and layout editor studios active around the clock.
- Digital Maintenance: In the rare event of cloud node migration or standard server maintenance, notice will be posted on your Developer Dashboard, and scheduled windows will be chosen to minimize user disruption.
